PROACTIVE QUALITY's inspection department runs with complete autonomy regarding shipping. Each job must meet the Quality standards established at quote, and/or design approval for a complete Design and Build project. Job notification letters, matching quote letters, are issued at purchase order placement to ensure proper alignment to customer's expectations. The integration of all PROACTIVE QUALITY's departments makes each stronger and better to provide the Quality service necessary to allow our customers to concentrate on areas that might cause bottle-necks in program launch.
We provide 3D graphic representation of the theoretical points of each Quality characteristic. This helps our customers approve fixtures upon arrival. This also aids in yearly calibrations. Each fixture is shipped with a complete certification report with as many 3D views necessary to see the Quality characteristics. The certification also includes a bar chart of the fixture differences from nominal for a quick review of how well we did our job.
Our experience in checking fixtures helps in other areas such as 3rd party audits, fixture re-certification, part layouts, and reverse engineering. The integration of Design and Build makes us the best source for independent Quality auditing.
