DESIGN - all designs are 3D solids. 3D designs help make approvals easier with multiple 3D views and sections through key characteristics for clarity. This assures the final product will be exactly what was quoted at project line-up. Each detail in our design is fully dimensioned. This helps expedite the manufacture of the complete assembly. Finished designs are provided in several formats: electronic data, complete prints, or booklet.
BUILD - all builds, from 3D solids designs, are zero base line, dowel hole constructed. This method of manufacturing allows details to be manufactured at the same time to decrease manufacturing time. Dowel holes are put in with the use of CNC machines, which ensures their accuracy. Details are processed according to part orientation. This process allows sub-assemblies to be put together and sent for quality verification while the opposite hand details are being built. Assembly of components is faster with the use of multiple views and CAD access.
INSPECTION - all items area CMM certified. Quality, on 3D solids designs, performs two functions. First as an independent design audit, verifying locators, spc checks, and tolerances used by design. Second as manufacturing certification, certifying the location of each quality point. The inspection department provides 3D graphics of certifications to aid in customer acceptance upon delivery of completed, certified product. Additional services include 3rd Party audits, and part layouts.
